About Mark

 

Mark is an Olympian (400m & 4x400m), a father of three, and has a passion for laying the physical foundations for sportspeople and guiding them along a pathway to future health and sporting success.

Mark has spent over 20 years as a coach at the high performance and developmental level across several sports. Having been an elite athlete himself, he understands the requirements to achieve at the top level and is equipped with the very best knowledge, skills and experience to guide you there.

Mark’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science - Sports Coaching, Level 4 Athletics Australia Coach - Sprints, Hurdles, Jumps, Middle Distance, ASCA Level 2 Coach, IAAF Kids Coach (Athletics Australia Certified) and current Blue Card/WWCC.
